breakfast: oatmeal with dates, flax, love crunch apple crumble granola, peanut butter, raisins, and soy milk, coffee with soy milk
snack: watermelon, green smoothie - soy milk, banana, and spinach
lunch: sandwich on whole wheat bread with marinated tofu, avocado, carrot, cucumber, spinach, and mustard
